About Brad Kitchen

Mr Kitchen is a Vancouver-based businessman and has been the President of PBK Financial Engineering since April, 1997, a company that offers corporate finance consulting to small-cap corporations.

Mr Kitchen has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Hill since its inception in 2006 and is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd, another TSX-V listed issuer. In addition to his current and past roles with multiple TSX Venture Exchange issuers, Mr Kitchen also served as Vice President of CIBC World Markets (formerly CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Inc.) and TD Securities Inc. for more than eleven years. Mr Kitchen received his Masters of Business Administration from McGill University in June, 1987. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia in January, 1985.
