Ian Ransome is a geologist and has been involved in management and running the Company's various exploration programmes for the past twelve month's. He has extensive experience in Africa in running exploration and mining programmes for various commodities and precious metals. Mr Ransome became interim President and CEO of the Company in July 2010.

john clarkeDr John Clarke, Ph.D, MBAExecutive Director, PMI Gold Corp
Dr Clarke holds a B.Sc. in metallurgy from University College Cardiff, a Ph.D. in metallurgy from Cambridge University and an MBA from Middlesex Polytechnic. During his long career involved in African mining he has held a number of executive positions including Executive Director of Ashanti Goldfields and most recently was the CEO of Nevsun Resources Limited, an exploration and development company engaged in gold and base metals exploration and development in Africa. While at Ashanti, Dr Clarke was responsible for strategic planning and business development and contributed to establishing Ashanti's gold exploration program throughout sub-Saharan Africa, including the acquisition of the Geita deposit in Tanzania, the Siguiri deposit in Guinea and the Bibiani deposit in Ghana.

Richard Chase joined Ambrian Partners in January 2003, becoming Managing Director in 2009. He has been intimately involved in the equity capital markets franchise from its outset, growing revenues from zero to the current level and building Ambrian's mining research team into the No. 1 ranked small and mid cap team. Richard started as an analyst in 2000, prior to which he spent 9 years as a geologist involved in the exploration, evaluation and start-up of various mines for a range of commodities.

Richard holds a first class honours degree in Geology and an MSc in Mineral Exploration from the University of Rhodes, South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society and a Member of the Institute of Materials, Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. White has been with IBK Capital since 1990. During this time, Mr. White has been involved in private placement financings totalling over US $450 million. He has also been active in financial advisory assignments and mining industry developments including: advisory services to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador with respect to its arrangements with Inco Ltd. over the development of the nickel deposit at Voisey's Bay; acting as financial advisor to Noront Resources Ltd. to evaluate strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value in the wake of a major nickel discovery at its Double Eagle Project in the McFauld's Lake region of Ontario, Canada; advisory and financing services to Western Goldfields Inc. on its purchase and development of the Mesquite gold mine in south-eastern California; and advisory services to Marine Mining and the development of Ghana's coastal and offshore mineral wealth.

Mr. White graduated with a BA in Geology from the University of Western Ontario in 1994, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2000.

Brian is an engineer with 30 years' experience, an MBA and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Brian has extensive experience in the operation, design and construction of mines and process plants. Brian is als a Director of Westech International a Resource engineering company based in Sydney Australia. Westech bought the Vatukoula Mine in Fiji after mine closure, Westech refinanced, refurbished and brought the mine back to production and on listing Vatukoula Gold took over.

In addition to his current and past roles with multiple TSX Venture Exchange issuers, Mr Kitchen also served as Vice President of CIBC World Markets (formerly CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Inc.) and TD Securities Inc. for more than eleven years. He left M&G Investment Management in December 1996 and later became involved in Fund Management at Yorkton Securities and acted as a consultant at AWI Administration Services in Australia. He was a founding director of Resources Investment Trust plc at the launch in January 2002 and is a non-executive director of Rivington Street Holdings Plc and a non-executive director of Australian listed SA Metals Limited.

bill fisherBill FisherDirector, RX Exploration
Bill is a geologist and mining company executive with broad international experience in diamond, gold and base metal exploration, development and production. He has an outstanding record of mineral discoveries, and played a key role with several companies in raising hundreds of millions of dollars of debt and equity for exploration and mine development.

A geology graduate of Kingston University, Bill began his career as a diamond exploration and production geologist with DeBeers in the DRC and Angola, and subsequently as a production geologist for AREDOR in Guinea. After 3 years experience in Australia, he joined Reunion Mining of London, England, before moving to Canada in 1993.

In 1995 he founded Karmin Exploration Inc. (TSXV:KAR) which discovered the 27 million tonne Aripuana massive sulphide deposit in Brazil, currently undergoing a feasibility study. In 1997, Bill began work with mining major Boliden Limited, serving as Vice President, Exploration for their 35 exploration projects in 9 countries, controlling budgets of up to $50 million annually. From 2001 until 2008, Bill was CEO of GlobeStar Mining Corporation of Toronto (TSX:GMI). Under his direction, GlobeStar acquired, developed and financed the US$100 million Cerro de Maimon copper/gold mine in the Dominican Republic, which was commissioned in 2008.

In addition to the foregoing responsibilities, Bill served as Chairman of Aurelian Resources Inc., notable for its 13.8 million ounce gold discovery at Fruta del Norte in Ecuador. Aurelian was acquired in 2008 by Kinross Gold Corporation for over US$1 billion.

Bill served as a director for Expatriate Resources and North Atlantic Natural Resources (now Lundin Mining), and is currently a director of the publically listed companies Karmin Exploration, PC Gold, Treasury Metals and RX Exploration, as well as an executive of the private exploration company, Andiamo Exploration, currently exploring in Eritrea.

Bill is a practicing Professional Geologist, registered in Ontario.

glen jonesGlen JonesExecutive Director, Intierra Resource
Glen has been working in the mineral exploration industry for over 36 years. His expertise is in the data and map requirements of companies involved in mining and exploration. In 1991, Glen created the "Hot Play Map" concept which developed into an industry standard. Between 1971 and 1980 Glen worked for Granduc Mines, Teck Corporation and Getty Mines.

From 1980 to 2003 Glen managed his own consulting company, EnerSource, which was later renamed to Mineral Information Maps. In the first ten years, he concentrated on the integrated use of graphic and mapping software in conjunction with primitive data bases. This expanded to compiling databases that tracked global exploration activity around the globe. In the latter years, he developed techniques for compiling digital exploration data and claim (tenement) databases and then publishing this data in related maps. As GIS and graphic software advanced, the presentations of the published maps have been refined to one of the best in the industry.

In 2003, Mineral Information Maps merged with Intierra Ltd, a Perth based company who had just merged with Minmet. Intierra had developed a web based infrastructure for bringing together all levels of technical and financial data. Together these three merged companies now have the largest global mining, exploration and mapping subscription data base. Intierra has expanded the map publishing business from one that was producing 6 maps per year to a global one that now produces over 50 per year.

Angelos DamaskosAngelos DamaskosChief Executive Officer, Sector Investment Managers Limited
Mr Damaskos is a Greek national who arrived in the UK in 1981 to attend university. Graduated in 1985 from the University of Glasgow with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and in 1989 obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sheffield. He benefits from more than 14 years investment banking experience with major banks in the City of London concentrating on natural resources. Most recently he worked with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where he was responsible for some of the bank's equity investments in Russia and the CIS. In 2004, subscribing in the belief of a new commodities super-cycle, he set up Sector Investment Managers Ltd, an FSA-authorised investment advisory company and launched the Junior Oils Trust (JOT) which he advises. JOT grew from a launch NAV size of £3.7m to in excess of £17m by 30 June 2006. Discreet 2005 annual performance was +64% (on a bid to bid basis) placing it the 12th best performing fund among 1,925 UK-listed Unit Trusts and OEICs.

Saul is a Founding Partner of Fusion Alternatives, a leading investment advisory and asset management firm specialising in investment diamonds. Fusion Alternatives is a pioneer in the emergence of investment diamonds as an alternative investment asset class and Saul is regularly sort after by financial press and media as an investment diamond expert. Prior to creating Fusion Alternatives Saul was the Head of Research of the Rapaport Group, the world's leading service provider to the global diamond industry. In this capacity Saul was the Chief Advisor to the Rapaport Price List , the global price benchmark authority for polished diamonds. Saul commenced his career at the National Australia Bank in its private wealth management division and was involved in the development of its suite of Fund-of Funds products in the late 1990's. Saul holds a Bachelor of Business and Arts degrees from Monash University and a post-graduate fellowship at the Securities Institute of Australia.

Jay ChmelauskasJay ChmelauskasPresident, Western Lithium Corp
Jay Chmelauskas, Western Lithium's President, was most recently President and CEO of China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (formerly Jinshan Gold Mines) where he successfully managed and led the company during all phases of the commissioning of one of China's largest open pit gold mines. In addition to his considerable experience in the exploration, development and mining industry, including a large Placer Dome gold mine, Jay held a key position with chemical manufacturer Methanex Corporation, where he was involved with a $250 million chemical plant expansion in Chile. His experience in both the chemical and mining industries is well suited to lead Western Lithium forward during the planned development, product marketing and production. Jay has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University in Canada.

Mark SumichMark Sumich, LLB (UWA); MBA (Lon); ASIAExecutive Chairman, Globe Metals and Mining
Mark brings a wealth of managerial, financial and legal expertise to Globe, and he has also been a director and senior executive of a number of public and/or ASX-listed companies. Professional advisory experience includes corporate and securities law in the Perth office of Clayton Utz, one of Australia's largest law firms, corporate finance with PricewaterhouseCoopers and more recently financial consulting to some of Australia's largest financial services organisations, National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Nigel is also Chairman of The Big Issue Company Limited founded by John Bird and Gordon Roddick. In 2008 The Big Issue generated £15 million pounds through its 147,000 weekly circulation with £8 million earned by over 2,500 homeless and vulnerably housed vendors. He joined in 1995 and has been its Executive Chairman and Managing Director.

Gary is a professional engineer and geoscientist with more than 30 years' experience in the mineral industry–24 of them in Saskatchewan. He has been an officer and director of several public mining and mineral exploration companies during the past 18 years. In addition to his experience with uranium and base-metal exploration, Gary has been directly involved with putting Saskatchewan's largest gold mine into production and, on three separate occasions, has played a major role in the discovery of diamond-bearing kimberlite.

David Hargreaves is a mining engineer and geologist. He owns a consultancy practice which specialises in the gemstone industry and is particularly active in diamonds. He was for three years Head of Mining Research for stockbrokers James Capel and now consults to WH Ireland. He is CEO of his family company Fair Trade Gemstones Ltd, which specialises in the ethical sourcing and marketing of gemstones worldwide. He is a Chartered Engineer and a fellow of The Geological Society.
