Harriette Amissah-Arthur is a professional engineer with an MBA from the University of Ghana, Legon. She has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. The first 18 years of her career were spent in the Planning and Management of Power System Operations and Maintenance for both the Generation and Transmission functions. She has since then been engaged in energy policy and project development, appraisal, feasibility and implementation as well as energy enterprise development & financing services, and capacity building for rural energy technology and enterprises.
