About Dr. Charles Yeboah

Patrick Acheampong is an entrepreneur with significant investments in education. He is the promoter of RisingSun Holdings which owns and operates a chain of schools in Ghana under the brand name RisingSun Montessori School. He is a seasoned chartered accountant, investment banker and tax advisor. His past experience includes Head of Finance at Standard Chartered Bank, Nairobi, Kenya; Finance Director at Barclays Bank Ghana; Financial Controller with Fidelity Bank; and Senior Investment Manager with Fidelity Capital Partners. Patric also worked as a Management Accountant with Unilever Ghana after starting his career with KPMG. He holds an MBA degree in Finance, and BSc. Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.

About Matthew Boadu Adjei

Matthew Boadu-Adjei is the founder and CEO of Oasis Capital Ghana Limited. He has several years' investment banking experience, 7 years of which has been spent in the private equity and growth capital industry. He leads the team on strategy, negotiations, fund raising, investor relations and support.

About Kombate Marindame

Kombate Marindame is the West African Investment Manager for LGT Venture Philanthropy, a private family foundation and member of LGT Bank, Switzerland. Before joining LGT VP in July 2011, he had worked as Investment Officer (West Africa) for E+Co, a public purpose organisation that supports SMEs in the renewable energy sector in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

About Henry Djangmah

Henry Djangmah is a financial expert and commentator. Henry is a former fund manager with Gold Venture Capital. He has also worked as an associate consultant with PriceWaterHouseCoopers, in Mali as Finance Manager for BCM International, and as an Audit Senior for Christopher & Co Chartered Accountants in the UK. Henry is a Chartered Certified Accountant.

About Carole Ramella

Carole Ramella is a Cameroonian who is the founder and Managing Director at GFA Consulting, a boutique corporate finance practice in Ghana. Before she founded GFA Carole worked as a Vice President at Duff & Phelps, Project Manager M&A at Gras Savoye, a Senior Auditor at Arthur Anderson and an Account Manager at Paribas. Carole holds a Masters in Finance from Rheims Management School, an accountancy qualification from DECF and an MBA from INSEAD.
